Welcome to Nisut Originals. All our products are made to order and fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand and logistics partners, including Printful.


Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

All products are produced individually after an order is placed.

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • product type,
  • order volume,
  • stock availability,
  • and seasonal demand.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment are:

 

Belgium & European Union


  • 3–10 business days

 

International Orders



  • 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • customs processing,
  • carrier delays,
  • weather conditions,
  • high seasonal demand,
  • or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination,
  • product type,
  • and order size.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Nisut Originals is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges imposed by local authorities.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address changes may not be possible once production or shipment has started.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your order appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We will work with our shipping and fulfillment partners to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Nisut Originals is not responsible for stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

8. Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on:

  • product availability,
  • fulfillment location,
  • or product type.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated during checkout.

9. Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number,
  • photographs of the issue,
  • and a brief explanation.
