Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Nisut Originals. We take pride in creating high-quality made-to-order products for our customers. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by Nisut Originals are produced individually on demand after an order is placed. This means items are specially created for each customer and are not mass-produced or kept in regular inventory.

Because of this made-to-order production process, certain return and withdrawal rights may be limited in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Preference changes
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review:

  • sizing guides,
  • product descriptions,
  • colors,
  • and shipping detailsbefore completing their purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • misprinted,
  • or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

4. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after approval.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

  • the item was damaged,
  • defective,
  • or incorrectly fulfilled.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • a damaged item,
  • a manufacturing defect,
  • or a fulfillment error.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Made-to-order apparel
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

8. European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you may have certain rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items.

As Nisut Originals products are produced individually on demand after purchase, withdrawal and return rights may be limited except in cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled products.

Nothing in this policy affects mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.
